Message to my electricity company

 

 

 

Hello there,

I am receiving e-mails and postal mail that tell me that you have REOPENED my account, yet when I log in, you’ve been telling me that you were closing and now have closed my account!

What they did was ask me to change my password. Odd.

It was followed by a second e-mail with an apology. The response had been almost instantaneous, but not instantaneous, i.e. NOT generated IN my computer (which has on occasion happened in the past).

An interesting development, this, as I initially COULD log into my account without any problems. Anyway, looks like it’s sorted.
