In the Netherlands, the AstraZeneca vaccine is now limited to the over-60s. In the UK, it’s limited to the over-30s. In the Netherlands, there is a great deal of new vaccine hesitancy among the over-60s because they don’t want the AstraZeneca vaccine, while people under 60 who don’t mind getting the AstraZeneca vaccine are not allowed to get it. Dutch GPs are getting fed up because of the organisational and administrative complications it causes and vaccine doses are going unused.
In this video, which is in Dutch, I address Dutch people who are over 60 and who don’t trust the AstraZeneca vaccine. I had the AstraZeneca vaccine and I am perfectly fine. I had no muscle aches, no fever. On the 2nd and 3rd day, I felt very vague minor aches in the muscle into which the jab felt. I was sleepy and fatigued on the first three days or so and my sinuses were bothering me badly from the day after the jab because the main noticeable effect of the vaccine was on my mucous membranes. That effect diminished gradually and was gone after a week.
I am not a medical professional and I say so in my video because it’s relevant. I have an earth and life background and I also mention that in the video because that too is relevant.
Among other things, I am a former board member of the Environmental Chemistry (and Toxicology) Section of the Royal Netherlands Chemical Society and a former member of Toastmasters of The Hague. I didn’t mention that in the video because it’s not relevant. But then again, many people who work at the RIVM – the Dutch version of the CDC – are in the Environmental Chemistry (and Toxicology) Section or in other sections of the Royal Netherlands Chemical Society. Some of them have been or are board members of that section. Other board members had or have high-level positions at Dutch ministries.
