Oddly enough, none of my Kindle books seem available in the US so I couldn’t gift it to you from Amazon.com.
I logged into Amazon.com through a server in California and Amazon notified me of that, so the VPN option did work this time.
No wonder nobody ever buys my Kindle books in the US… They’re not available for purchase, apparently. Is this the same for all other countries as well?
If so, who’s unpublished my books over there?
