Realize that you belong to yourself.
What you are looking for, it’s inside you.
And when the pressures and noise of the world around you are a bit too much and a bit too loud, close your mental doors and windows and retreat to the oasis inside you for a little while and replenish and recuperate.
If you need to find a different location for that, such as a park, or if you need to put on ocean sounds to blot out other noise, do that. Whatever it is that you need to do to be able to close the doors and windows to be able to rest at your oasis inside for a little while, do that.
