I first heard of “social dumping” within the context of WWOOF. You can get really cheap labor through WWOOF and it’s out of view for tax authorities etc.

I’m currently listening to the very strange sounds coming from a woman who talks to herself for hours, nonstop, in French and in English, and it occurs to me that I may be at another site where social dumping is taking place. Judgement reserved, for now. Knowing very well what bad shit goes on in the world, I seem to be leaning toward “no”. I’d better keep my eyes open, though.

She started this strange behavior at midnight and continued to about 1:30, 2:00 am. Then she started up again at 08:30 am.

It’s highly amusing. I’ve never heard anyone do something like this.

I have no idea what she’s going on about and I definitely don’t want to know either. Hard to miss is that she is currently inserting a drawn-out “wow” every 10 words, pitch suddenly dropping to the floor. 😂 It began as “Oui” but then morphed into “Wow”.
