One in three suspects interrogated in the Netherlands has a cognitive impairment.
I do not have a cognitive impairment, but don’t know what “Ben je bekend met psychische problemen?” is supposed to mean either! It’s like “Have you ever heard of the full moon?” or “Do you have a weird nose?”
