Someone in Bournemouth, England is suggesting that the government is paying him to organize gang-stalking of people and get those others to break into the targets’ homes?
(I suddenly received comments about this on several of my comments and on a video on YouTube.)

Looks like I am suddenly getting trolled a lot online, btw, but as it seemed to coincide with interference on my tablet, it’s possible that the trolling comments are only appearing on my tablet. It’s happened before.

Someone even once threatened to come cut off my nipples in a comment that wasn’t actually on YouTube. (Roger Downey thought it was hilarious, btw. I doubt that Sarah Downey would have agreed.)
This was in March 2021.
I seem to have upset someone in the past few days and he’s now getting back at me? Whoever has been targeting me gets flare-ups in the run-up to Christmas and also sometimes around Easter but that doesn’t apply right now.
Some weeks ago, I also received an e-mail, though, that said that I deserved hate mail and that something I supposedly did was “part of the public business record” but I have no idea what that is even supposed to mean, let alone what I was supposed to have done. It was about something on this website, apparently. The email looked spoofed, supposedly came from a book review website for which I reviewed one book about the future of construction and energy, something like that.

Also, the theklange character later also claimed to work in community protection or whatever. (He basically was trying to trick people into terrorizing others and breaking the law under the ruse of “it’s legal, I work for the government” I suppose?) Probably just another 4chan troll. I can handle troll comments on YouTube. Everyone gets those.
6 August 2014, shortly after 5pm. This is at the Fratton bridge roundabout. Who is this guy on the balcony? He threw something at me; I whirled around with my phone and snapped this photo blind, looking into the sun. When I came home, there was more stuff, on one of my two Busbee tablets, when I was e-mailing someone about it. (I had a second one that I tried to keep free from hacking interference.)
This person’s facial/hairline profile (type) has shown up repeatedly over the years. I checked the records for the address at the time, at the library, but found nothing that seemed to mean anything.
