For the record, I also saw an item in Dutch news today that detailed why most people don’t report digital crimes, that many police officers have no idea what to do with them anyway and that the Dutch police forces are totally not equipped to deal with them. Same as in England.
I haven’t been to a Bagels and Beans in a long time, but I may have been in the past. That was 20, 25 years ago, probably.
I have never heard of that dentist but will Google the practice in a minute.
And Lanaken is in Belgium. Carrefour is a big supermarket chain in Belgium and France, as far as I know. I don’t think I’ve ever even been to Lanaken, not even in my childhood.
(I’m unable to see the source code of the email but it was supposedly sent by scoutcamp.bounces.google.com.) (I’ve tried in desktop view in the browser too, so outside of the app, but I can’t get to see the source code of the email; I can only look at the supposed security details. I seem to be unable to click on the first result there in Firefox, for Google reviews. There are supposed to be six.
In Chrome, I get this. No recent reviews?
I recognize one of the names as that of a person who left a very negative review on the business of one of my close relatives and wrote that they had mistreated a relative… (I keep an eye on some of my relatives to see how they are doing, to do with a duty bestowed on me when I was 14.)
I have recently had started wondering whether 4chan is targeting that relative too because she’s been really upset for a while now, has posted several tearful photos. That person may have issues but the panic and despair she has been displaying reminds me of my own panic and despair after I became targeted; I shouldn’t overlook that. I had a really crazy very brief phone call with her a while back; it included her bursting into tears but she wouldn’t tell me what was going on.
Are they going after my relatives now? They can no longer attack my animals, after all, to spite me. After all, they didn’t just target me at home, they also targeted my first business as well as the two businesses that I started when I was in Portsmouth and just about anything else. (I may also be seeing what I seemed to see happen with my own public photos, namely that Google seemed to be picking the least attractive ones including one of a much older deceased person in Belgium, as representative for me. That doesn’t necessarily mean much, granted.)
That close relative’s business started receiving very negative reviews at some point.
One of them appears to have been by a guy who walked into the shop, stood there and looked around, appearing to behave slightly weird for some reason, then left again and posted that review. That review wasn’t about the shop but about its owner. It was posted from an “access-restricted” account, with just a cartoon of a mountain as profile picture. I googled the name on the account, but it doesn’t bring me any clues. Then I saw that there is a safety engineer at Google who happens to go by the same name. Wait a minute… Aren’t they in Mountainview? (So I googled it:) Heck, yes.
There seems to be only one conclusion, isn’t there? That account is fake.

If so, what on earth is this? Is this a kind of extremely misogynistic “Andrew Tate”-style consortium that goes after women with small businesses? In my own abuse, there’s always been this theme of “we will break you (financially) so that you will have no choice but to move in with any man”. Because it is clearly not restricted to Portsmouth, even though that area is where it began, for me. I so hope that I am wrong about this because that would be a really worrisome development, this also going after relatives. What’s been going on in my life has been totally crazy and immensely destructive.
Is that other review actually by the same actual person or was it posted by a fake account with the same name? But how would they know to use that name? So, that sounds a bit farfetched…
So… maybe this is done either by someone who has already hacked her to pieces and knows who she interacts with – which was what also happened to me, after which my life got hit by an increasing cascade of “disasters” and “hiccups” that never stopped – or by a ticked-off ex-boyfriend or whatever, someone who knows a lot about her.
I had just sent an email to a sibling of that close relative, from a different Gmail address (and from my computer,not from my tablet, so via a different internet connection), one that I started using more recently because my main address not only has been having lots of problems, it can be found on the internet by anyone. It concerned some childhood trauma she has that affects her when people close to her leave and are outside of her reach, something like that. I can shed a light on that. I first tried to talk with her about it in 2010. It concerns something she brought up in 2004 or 2005, but back then I had no idea what she was referring to. I’m the only person she can still ask things; everyone else has passed away. (I promptly had videos in my YouTube stream – tied to my main gmail address, not the one I had sent that email from – that were related to part of what I wrote to her. Young girls playing the violin. Probably just an odd coincidence.)
There is also the fact that someone else instantly tore into me on 28 February, on the phone, because of something that I supposedly did – wouldn’t tell me what it was – whereas everything seemed to be perfectly fine still on 23 February AND that I could not post that person (and others) into the BCC field of a recent outgoing email and had to use the CC field.
Update 10:26: now I can suddenly print the message, but only in the app. (I still don’t get to see the source.) Earlier, I got five grey white on slate icons when I clicked on the three dots. Now, I am getting the normal menu, but only in the app, and it loaded very slowly.
So, this one, too, is a fairly common name but this one works at Cisco.
Two fake accounts by the same person.
(I became seemingly targeted by someone at Cisco, too, as part of my ordeal. It’s been too long ago, I don’t remember the specifics. Its been nearly 16 years that I’ve been targeted by god knows what exactly this is.)
Conclusion: no, this was a random clown who targeted my relative and there is probably something personal going on in her life that she can’t keep under control, and brings her to despair, but that she refuses to talk about. Probably nothing to do with my ordeal.
But why did I get that email this morning? (Funny coincidence that I looked at it; I usually delete that kind of email. Oh. It must have opened when I wanted to delete it. That happens. )
And why does my internet access switch server every two hours or so? I lose the connection, briefly, roughly every two hours. This started after I contacted a specific company because I could see that I was connected to a server in the UK, for them, and shouldn’t be.
Also, Google says that it doesn’t check reviews but I am often getting messages about Google reviewing my reviews etc these days.
The image is also been used a lot on LinkedIn, likely for fake accounts. (That reminds me. One comment I got from my tormentors was: “We are LinkedIn and you are not.” Speaking of which, they totally destroyed my LinkedIn account. Started replacing my contacts with fake accounts and started sending me fake messages etc.)
