Frankly, sorta like this is what I often feel that Portsmouth is like as well, except the flavors are different, maybe.
I’ve even contemplated suing Portsmouth City Council off and on over the years… and I’ve also – much more seriously – contemplated suing my landlord, because I have very good reason too as he sold me something under false pretenses and that’s consumer fraud – I know that such cases against landlords have been brought and succeeded in the UK; yes, there’s precedent – except… I didn’t even wanna bother. I just wanted the hell out of this place. I want my goddamn life back.
